난 회의실을 회의 2시간 전에 겨우 예약했어.	I managed to book *a meeting room 2 hours [before/ahead of] the meeting.

어휴, 이럴 줄 알았어. 제가 빠르게 행동했어야 했어요.	Gosh, I knew it. I should've acted fast.
테이블이 나올 경우를 대비해서 대기 명단에 올려드릴 수는 있는데, 제가 손님이라면 기다리진 않을 것 같아요.	I can put you on the waiting list in case a table becomes   available. But, if  I were you, I wouldn't hold my breath.
